London Area Only: We currently deliver only within London and areas within 5 miles of the M25.
Orders Outside This Area: If you place an order outside our delivery zone, We will cancel it if we cant fullfill it. You will be notified within 24 hours.
No International Deliveries: We do not ship outside the UK.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on stock availability and location.
Next-Day or Express Delivery: Not guaranteed, but may be available upon request for certain products.
Preferred Delivery Date: We will attempt to accommodate requested delivery dates but cannot guarantee them.
3. Delivery Charges
Orders between £0 - £250 (ex. VAT): £70 ex VAT Delivery charge. Orders between £250 - £500 (ex. VAT): £50 ex VAT Delivery charge. Orders over £500 ex VAT = Free
Kerbside Delivery: Deliveries are made to the kerbside or nearest accessible location.
Delivery Vehicles: We use a range of vehicles, from small vans to large HGVs, depending on the order size.
Unloading: Customers must ensure they have adequate manpower or equipment to unload large or heavy materials.
5. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery Customer Not Present:
An adult must be available to accept delivery; otherwise, a redelivery charge may apply. Inaccessible Delivery Locations: If our driver cannot access the site due to restrictions, the order may be rescheduled, and a failed delivery fee may be charged.
Changes to Delivery: If you need to change the delivery date or location after dispatch, additional charges may apply.
6. Customer Responsibilities
